Quotes and orders

Prices, specifications and timelines are confirmed in writing for each order. Any terms agreed at the time of order apply to that order.

Artwork and customer items

Customers confirm they own, or have permission to reproduce and frame, any artwork or image supplied. Please tell us about fragile, valuable or irreplaceable items before we handle them.

Intellectual property

The Lumber Frames name, logo and site content belong to Lumber Frames Trading. Third-party brand names (such as Hahnemühle, Canson Infinity and Tru Vue) belong to their owners and are used to identify materials we work with.

Liability

We take care to keep this website accurate, but it is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by UAE law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
